Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery to US addresses typically takes 10–20 business days from dispatch, as our items ship from an overseas fulfillment partner. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
You can return any unworn item, with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery. Email help@oxfordandhill.com first and we'll send return instructions and the correct address.
Return postage is paid by the customer. If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover the return and send a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received.
We accept all major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and your card details are never stored on our site.
Email help@oxfordandhill.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once an order has been passed to our fulfillment partner we can no longer change it, but you can still return it under the 30-day policy above.
